Thank you Queens for purchasing from us. Don’t love your purchase from us? Not to worry, you have 7 days from your delivery date to return for a store gift card. Items should only be returned if the item is unworn and in its original condition – if not, we cannot issue the store gift card. Refunds and exchanges will not be available. Return fee is covered by the customer. Sale items, shoes, accessories, bodysuits & swimwear are all Final Sale and may not be returned under any circumstances – these are yours to keep .
